1. WET IT: After cleaning your face, wet your nose with warm water (as strip won't stick on dry skin)
2. PEEL IT: Peel the strip away from the transparent finer
3. PASTE IT: Put it on your nose with the black side of the strip down 
4. PULL IT: AFTER 10 MINUTES, once the strip is stiff, slowly peel the strip off Rinse your nose with water
